Just wanted to say a BIG thanks to Stewart for doing such a fantastic job at such a great price.

I first met Stuart a while back when he rescued me from the expensive clutches of a BMW main dealer!! 15 years and three BMWs later I would not go anywhere else. In that 15 years I have only once gone to a main dealer, when a coil failed. I took it to Stuart who recommended that I take it to a main dealer as they would replace all 4 coils free of charge!!

The levels of service are exemplary and Stuart will always make time to fit you in.
He is very able and knows just about all there is to know about every BMW.

I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any BMW owner without hesitation

I was very impressed with Stewarts ability to fault find when I called him and explained my AC & Fan issue. He immediately told me it was the pollen filter and he kindly replaced it immediately.

Since then I always make sure I ask his advice if any warning light comes on as my car is getting older and I would like it to run for a while longer!

I has a turbo failure on my BMW 530d. Stewart gave me several options in sourcing of a new turbo so that I could make an informed decision about what I wanted to do.

Thank you for your great service when replacing the brake pads this week and even more, thanks for the great advice on how to deal with BMW who were messing me about with the obvious problem with the gearbox in my 2014 registered car. I took your advice and followed it to the letter, suddenly they agree that it DOES need a new gearbox (synchro 2 mesh is out as you quite rightly diagnosed) and I DON’T have to pay ££ for a new clutch before they can diagnose the gearbox problem. You have saved me ££ at the least but if I had left this issue to run into Feb 2017 when the car was out of Warranty I would have been paying ££+ for a gearbox. Cannot thank you enough. After Feb 2017 my car will only be worked on by you!!!.

I have been using Stewart for many years. I am now on my 3rd BNW and he has serviced all my cars. He is extremely knowledgable and what he doesn’t know about BM’s isn’t worth knowing. He is helpful, polite and treats his customers with respect. He in turn deserves respect. Unlike many car servicers who only tell you basic details and tell you it’s fixed, Stewart goes the extra mile so to speak and tell you exactly why a car behaves and operates the way it does. His servicing and repairs are better than anyone I know and his labour charges are extremely competitive. He will always give his customers the time of day and he gives a Rolls Royce service. Since acquiring my first BMW in 1998 Stewart has been servicing and maintaining my cars. Always provides genuine diagnostic advice and never had to return my vehicle for faulty workmanship. Genuine parts only used without the high dealership prices.

I have been using Stewart on an extremely regular basis since I bought my first BMW in late 1999. I have total confidence in Stewart and trust him implicitly.
